Kanfit Quality System
Kanfit is committed to manufacturing high quality products that fully comply
with the most up to date international quality standards and with our customers
requests and requirements. Kanfit is AS9100 revision B & BS EN ISO9001:2000
certified by the NQA global assurance organization,
and was NADCAP certified by the
PRI.
Our quality assurance system
is periodically audited by our customers and the Standard Institution of Israel.
As a commercial aircraft parts manufacturer, Kanfit is also surveyed by the
Israel Civil Aviation Authority, which is authorized by the FAA. Kanfit is
registered in the International Aerospace Quality Group database. Our commitment
to quality enables Kanfit to manufacture world class aerospace and medical
products.

At Kanfit, we believe that prevention, detection and
correction of problems is an essential part of the effort to
keep quality problems that occur to a minimum. Each
measuring and inspection tool is calibrated periodically by
a certified inspector or an external laboratory. Our high
commitment to uncompromising quality has helped Kanfit to
achieve the AS9100B certification on the first audit.
Recently Kanfit has also passed the first NADCAP audit with 4 minor findings.
Every employee at Kanfit knows that our final customers are the passengers on
the commercial aircraft, the pilots on the fighter jets, top executives and VIPs
on the business jets, or a sick patient being treated with a medical instrument,
part of which was manufactured at Kanfit. Our employees know that the quality of
our products is the key to our success. The quality assurance team reports
directly to the general manager, and enjoys the full cooperation from every
employee. Periodical quality meetings are held in every department. The quality
assurance team also monitors the qualifications of every employee, to make sure
that every process is being done only by workers with valid certifications.
