Projects
Medical instruments:
Over the years Kanfit has taken part
in several medical instruments developments projects from
composite materials such as composite headrest for MRI machine, GRE
rectal radiation sensor conductor, Magnetic field generator
for heart surgeries, and more. Our experience with composite
material is a key factor in the success of such projects.
Chaff and Flare magazines:
Made of composite materials with metallic components using RTM
manufacturing technology. Kanfit is one of very few manufacturers
in the world, of
these RTM Products. Kanfit has manufactured more than 2500
units of various types, none was returned due to manufacturing defects.
Aerospace accessories:
Extremely high precision tooling for manufacturing
and assembly of space mounted GRE antenna. Composite robotic arm with vacuum and camera
canals for silicon wafers handling. The arm thickness is 2mm. UAV flight controls
calibration set. Composite materials mini UAV operator control
box. High precision Avionics rack. Glass epoxy Laser
calibration system cover, Hermetically sealed
